By subscribing to Layerseven TV or using layerseventvip.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Layerseven TV provides access to publicly available streaming sources over the internet. We do not host, store, record or broadcast any media content on our own servers, and we are not the origin of the streams delivered to your device.

• Your credentials are personal to your household and must not be resold, shared publicly or distributed.
• Each plan permits a fixed number of simultaneous connections. Exceeding that limit may suspend the line automatically.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Accounts found to be reselling or sharing credentials may be terminated without refund.

You agree to use the service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial viewing. Public performance, rebroadcasting and commercial display are not permitted under a standard subscription.

We work to keep the service running continuously, but streaming depends on your internet connection, your device and upstream sources outside our control. Channel line-ups change as networks are added or restructured, and we cannot guarantee that any individual channel remains available for the whole of your term.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the full term you select. Prices are shown in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically — we contact you when your term is ending and you decide whether to continue.

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, particularly where credentials are being resold or shared beyond the household. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are handled under our refund policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions to the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
