Who we are

A streaming service built by people who got tired of bad ones.

Layerseven TV started because the alternatives were either expensive and inflexible, or cheap and unreliable. We wanted the middle: a service that carries everything, stays up when it matters, and answers when you write.

How we work

We run a subscription streaming service, not a hardware business. There is no box to rent, no installer to schedule and no two-year contract. You pick how many screens you need and how long you want the subscription to run, and everything else is included at every tier.

On the technical side, the priority is consistency rather than headline numbers. Capacity is load-balanced across multiple nodes so that a heavily watched fixture does not degrade playback for everyone else, and channels are monitored so problems are usually spotted before customers report them.

On the support side, we keep the team small and experienced. Most questions are about a specific device on a specific network, and those are answered fastest by someone who has actually configured that device before.

We are also straightforward about what this kind of service is. We provide access to publicly available streams; we do not host or broadcast content ourselves, and we do not claim rights we do not have.

Where our subscribers watch

The largest groups are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and across Western Europe, with a growing base in the Gulf and North Africa.

What we hold ourselves to

Four things we try not to get wrong.

  • Say what the service actually does

No promises about channels we do not carry and no invented uptime figures. If something is not supported on your device, we tell you before you pay.

  • Answer the message

Support is staffed by people who have set these devices up hundreds of times, not a chatbot that loops you back to a help article.

  • Spend on infrastructure

Most of what a subscription costs goes into server capacity and redundancy, because stable playback during a live match is the whole product.

  • Make leaving easy

Nothing renews automatically, nothing is buried in a cancellation flow, and the trial exists so you can decide before spending anything.

See whether it holds up for you.

Start with the 24-hour trial. If it works the way you need it to, pick a plan; if it does not, you have lost nothing.
